We are slowly creeping into the best weather and fishing of the year. Tampabay has endless options in the spring including Redfish, Snook, seatrout, cobia, tripletail, permit, tarpon, sharks, snapper, black drumm, ect. So far redfish, snook, and trout are off to a strong start. If your after a trophy for pictures or meat for a taco dinner we have you covered.

As the water gets colder a whole new batch of fish make their way into tampabay and nearshore Gulf waters. Inshore we have good redfish on the flats with some big black drumm on the bridges and some sheepshead and seatrout for fish tacos. Nearshore we have cobia, snapper, sharks and barracuda on the reefs. Some hogfish and pompano have been getting thrown into the mix as well. If youd like to try a battle against a shark. We have plenty of those as well!

The flats are hot right now. The redfish and trout have been great with some solid snook in the mix. If you’re after meat for tacos the trout and mackrel have been our go to with a few snapper showing. Lots of sharks showing up too if you want a battle
