June River Fishing Report

River Fishing report Shrimp season has officially opened and the shrimp are here! Head to the usual spots and load up on some bait shrimp. With all the shrimp in the river the predators are here as well. Redfish, trout, flounder, sheepshead, tarpon, striper...you name it. If you are in the mood for a good old fashioned fish fry now is the time. The river is loaded with great eating catfish (whites and channel). You can find them around the bridges and docks.
