I had a nice couple from Missouri drive down with there mission to fill there bucket list item and catch a tarpon! After seeing a ton and not getting them to bite we had a hour of mayhem and the bucket list was fulfilled! We had a 140# and a 180#!!!!!! We also caught some grouper. Can’t wait for the next trip!!!

The nearshore bottom fishing has been incredible for hogfish, mangrove, snapper and grunts! Limits of hogfish have not been uncommon on the all day trips. Lots of big throwback grouper as well.

Had a mangrove snapper smash fest in Tampa bay yesterday with 5 limits of good ones. We threw back 4 times what we kept. Had some throw back grouper and flounder as well!!!
