Salmon are migrating in the river from lake Michigan in small pods. We have been dealing with warm weather and no rain this last week. The fishing has been best at first light and if you put the time in and capatalize on your opportunities you can have a good day. We need some cooler weather and precipitation. A good amount of kings are waiting for some weather to bring them in the river. The later part of September shout be excellent .
