The weather is cooling the water temps are dropping and the striper are eating! The fall season is my favorite time of year. As the water temps drop back into the 70’s and continue to fall through the season the striper start feeding super agressive. Most days will be fast action with live bait but there is always a chance to find some great topwater action. Come experience the Lake Texoma fall fishing!

Todays trip was supposed to go after stripers but we got side tracked. We decided to try some smallmouth bass fishing since the water temps were 61 degrees which is perfect! We caught and released 40+ smallmouth, spotted and largemouth bass in 3 hours. It doesnt get much better. This bite should last about another 3 maybe 4 weeks

Cold water equals hot bite! Water temps have dropped to low 50’s and the fish a feeding hard. The live bait and dead stick bite is going hard. This time of year you can expect bigger fish and good number. There will also be a few jumbo whitebass mixed in…it doesn’t get much better. Dont let the cooler weather keep you from enjoying a day of catching!
