I won’t say it was easy to catch the three species on my guests’ list but it worked out in the end. The funny thing is that it was actually the perch - usually not too hard to catch in Amsterdam - that didn’t cooperate until the afternoon. Maybe it was the orange glasses that gave them cold feet..,
