Zak and his son Max along with friend James joined me today. We head off into the sun this morning. Slow start for us today, I did not get them dialed in but we were on great marks. After a short time picking, I pulled in the stick bait side and set out 4 crawler harnesses. Dropped our speed to 1.8 and by the 4th board with a crawler was put in the water the 1st two boards were going back. 2oz 40 and 50 back made quick work of the remainder of their Walleye and I got to reel. Imagine my thoughts as our initial program was struggling and someone said do you want a Banana ?, I brought several of them. Any we showed off and pulled two quick ones then it shut down. The crew did a great job running the Offshore boards, setting dipseys and of course my favorite TruTrip 50s on the corners. Awesome crawler bite, with only a few Sheephead and WB. Nice thing was no stripped crawlers, each pullback was a hookup. Alway fun to give the guests a fully hands on experience. #pwdscoutboats
