7am start with a fish action non stop. We hooked into Gar after Gar, Crappie after Crappiethen we chased Bluegills and Catfish. Success is an understatement.

First light the Crappie and Hybrid StripedBass Bite is seriously exciting. Fish feeding and we are competing with balls of shad everywhere. We hooked a few spcies and we were satisfied.

We fished Lake Altoona with high winds and temps in high 40's. The Spotted Bass were the only fish caught today. We trolled slowly for Crappies and Hybrids but the Spots wanted to eat. We fish 30' down to 5' and the fish were hold depths of 20' to 10'. My clients worked lures perfectly well to trigger bites. We also caught some trolling.

The Crappies were busting water at 1st light and then the Hybrid Striped Bass moved in to steal the show. My clients need up with a mixed bag of Crappies, Hydrids and SpottedBass totaling about 35 fish caught. Fish were caught in 15' to 5' of water inside coves on West Point Lake, near Horace King Park area.
