Ursula is the nicest boat I have been on out of all my times fishing in Cabo! Very clean (even to my wife’s standards), quite comfortable and large enough for several people. But the best part is the crew. Captain Olter was so nice in the morning getting us started and then Emanuel & Sammy took us out for an amazing fishing day and my wife & I cought 21 fish! 60lb tuna, 50lb dorado, skip jack’s, spanish makerel, etc. No marlin this time but I’ve had my share of them and I was toast after that big tuna! About a 25 min fight. Excellent crew, boat and day. I will never forget it and going again this November!

We had a great experience with this fishing crew! From the start, they listened to what we were looking for and worked toward the same goal. They were polite, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and impressively well-trained—quick to spot fish, get to them, and help us get them on the line. Their guidance throughout made everything smooth and exciting.

They even took extra time to help us watch whales along the way, which was an unforgettable bonus. Truly an outstanding mix of skill, professionalism, genuine hospitality, and deep respect for the ocean. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic trip! Caught the Mahi limit and a wahoo in 1 hour, and then caught a marlin at the exact suspected time (150lb). I was satisfied so at that point i said i was content. Very good day and skilled crew! and helpful!
Gray’s Taxidermy (google it), offered to stuff the marlin or any fish we wanted. it was $2k to stuff the marlin. i recommend you bring cash for tips and bait.
Bait costs $40. expected tip we learned was $30/person at least, and this crew deserved that and more. we tipped $98.
to clean the fish if you want to keep it is $50, depending on how much you have cleaned.
you get it home by putting it in a cooler and bringing it on your flight home frozen. as youre getting your fish cleaned at the docks, ask to have it vacuum sealed and frozen. its $3/lb to have it vacuum seald and frozen. So we kept about 34lbs of meat and let the crew and team have the rest. The people who vacuum seal and freeze the meat will deliver your meat to your hotel the morning of or the night before you head back. From there, you can put the meat in your cooler and check in your cooler with the airport. Be careful what kind of cooler you bring. we have a tote cooler that was like $35 from amazon and the guy vacuum sealing our tote bag said it was good. (brand: Titan). So we plan on checking it in at the airport for the $35 it costs too.

Anyways, a great trip with some very skilled and helpful crew. my wife and i had a great time!

1/2 Day Charter with Capt Manuel and Samy was incredible

We were a bit early bjt they were already on the boat and ready to go

Left early and was out of the harbour and lines out as the sun came up, and we started catching fish pretty much righ away

Samy was working hard handling the fish and the lines

Ended up with lots of Spanish Mackeral, a couple of Bonita’s, a Snap jack and even a Mahi Mahi

Had a great time and would highly recommend Capt Manual and Samy on the Ursulla IV for anyone looking to go fishing in Cabo

We had the most incredibje experience today with Manuel and Sammy! We caught a Wahoo, several Mahi Mahi, several Roosterfish, and others that I can’t spell! It was an absolutely amazing day and we caught all of our bucket list fish plus more! We will definitely book again as soon as we are back in Cabo San Lucas and would recommend Ursula 4 to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who know how to keep the fish coming to the lines!
