From the moment we stepped on the boat, the captain and first mate were professional, easy-going, and extremely informative. We headed out into some really challenging ocean swells, but their expertise made us feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time.
The fishing was phenomenal—we managed to land a tuna, a king mackerel, and a sailfish! It was an absolute thrill.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the crew’s compassion and attentiveness. I deal with health challenges that make me prone to overheating; despite my planning, the heat became overwhelming. The captain and mate were “on it” immediately. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while I recovered.
They even offered to take us inland to escape the swells so we could continue our excursion in calmer waters. To top it off, they gave us a fantastic informative tour of the area while we cooled down. To end the perfect day, they recommended a local place that cooked up our fresh catch for us—and man, it was phenomenal!
Their willingness to adapt the trip to ensure my well-being meant the world to us. We had such a great time, and I would recommend them to anyone. I will happily rebook with this captain again in the future!

Dave and crew were amazing. They were very knowledgeable of the waters and the baits to use. Did an amazing job making us feel right at home. Mother nature was not on our side. All week the weather was phenominal until our fishing day. It was cold but our crew made the trip amazing. If youre looking for a great fishing day, great crew they will not disappoint. They went above and beyond to get our boys as many fish as possible. Captain Dave’s knowledge of the area is sexond to none and Nick and Dre were awesome with the boys. I could continue to write about the entire experience in here, but i just suggest you go experience it!

We booked a 6-hour fishing trip with SoFlo Sport Fishing, and overall, it was a great day on the water! Captain Dave and his mate Seth were both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, the fish just weren’t biting during the first 4 hours of our trip, which was a bit of a disappointment, especially since our involvement was just reeling in whatever was on the line. That said, Captain Dave and Seth were determined to find a successful spot for us, and that helped to make the trip enjoyable, despite the slow start.
It ended up being a fun and memorable trip, which is what we were looking for!

this was my first time ever on a boat ever in water. the captain and 1st mate made sure i was comfortable throughout. My husband really enjoyed the entire trip safety was top priority the boat was very clean. I would highly recommend for newbies and experienced fishers alike
