It was our first time fishing in FL waters and Captain Roland made sure it won’t be our last! He was ready to go when we arrived having already filled up the live bait well. Our party included our 81 year old father and teenaged sons, and Roland was able to tend to all of our needs. We started out catching trout for dinner and had other fun with ladyfish, and a venomous catfish he made sure we didn’t touch. Captain Roland is definitely an expert of the area. He knew all the best spots to take us so that we’d catch fish. The time of the year we were here, we caught snook, snapper, & Jack Crevalle. He gave the boys tips as we went so they’d catch more or just get better at fishing. Captain Roland is personable & helpful. Our half day went so fast! Our family had a great time! Roland was very friendly, fun and knowledgeable! We would definitely book with him again! He cleaned the fish for us and told us how to prepare it. It was delicious! We hope to go on another charter in the future.

i was worried about 4 hours being enough but we were quick to get on fish and when the bites slowed we moved on to other sites fast. Great experience for the family, will definitely return to book again with Day Shape Charters!

My boyfriend and I booked this charter and honestly didn’t know what to expect since neither of us had done it before and it was absolutely amazing! It was a slower day according to captain Roland but we were still catching way more fish than we ever expected! Captain Roland was great, he was super knowledgeable and patient with both of us and had a great attitude. We will definitely be back!!
