Thank you for the kind review, Jennifer! I’m glad you guys had a great time! That trigger fish the Seabass and the flounder are all very mild fish. I like to eat my trigger fish by cracking an egg, putting the fillet in a little bit of Panko and then pan frying it with some olive oil and butter mixed together. Then we normally put it on a sandwich, with homemade tartar sauce, which is mayonnaise and pickle, relish, and onion, lettuce, and tomato! Alternatively, you can eat it just the way it is without making a sandwich! The other fish are almost just as good
