Chose Random Hookups because it seemed like a more affordable and family friendly option for my 8 year old son’s first fishing charter. Captain Jonny was great with my son. We caught a bunch of fish and had a great time. Highly recommend to any families out there looking for something that’s good for kids and won’t break your bank.

I enjoyed fishing with Capt. Johnny for lake trout. His clear explanation of plans & equipment was Appreciated. He displayed guidance, generosity, and determination on the water to find & catch more fish with positive energy- I could tell he loves helping people get on fish! Took my two children out aged 10 and 12 and the captain made sure that they were safe and had fun. We caught several species including walleye and bass. Jonathan was knowledgeable about the techniques needed to produce our catches.  Really had a good time and my kids want to fish all the time now!  Jonathan is a new breed of charter captain and very polite , friendly and knowledgeable.

Took a Walleye trip with Jonny and the experience was great. Jonny knew his spots very well and knew exactly when the bite would turn on. He always had a backup plan which was great cause it made it easy to get onto the fish! Overall great experience.

Booked a walleye charter with Capt. Keyes. Had non stop hook ups and nearly maxed out. Been on the bay a while fishing and never hit walleye, with him it was too easy. Will be booking again for sure.
