I booked two days on the black pearl to try a variety of different types of fishing for different fish. The skipper and crew worked so hard for me to have my dream fishing trip come true.

The shipper move so many times to put us on the fish, we had some amazing fish from small tuna, Trevally, Ruby Snapper and some massive groupers.

He cooked freshly caught fish for us on the first day which was amazing, then on the second day the skipper arrange to collect some food from his friends from a local island, this was incredible and we ate it while the sun set.

All in all it was the most amazing trip and a dream come true, will 100% book with theese guys again when we return. Thanks again guys🙌👍

I spent a whole day on the boat with the two of them and really enjoyed it (trolling & casting). Fishing was quite tough (besides a few GT bites we only managed to land one GT and one grouper), but the sea was extremely rough with a lot of wind, which made some spots unfishable and generally more challenging. Of course, that’s nature and nothing the operator can influence. We also didn’t fish in the guide’s home atoll, which added to the difficulty.

Nevertheless, they did everything possible to get us on the fish and clearly know the waters well. From the very first second I felt warmly welcomed as a guest, and throughout the day they took great care of me. The boat even had a toilet 👍.

Communication was super easy and straightforward, everything was punctual and professional. I’d gladly go again! :)

Absolutely amazing day.  Captain was on time for pickup in the morning.  Picked us up at the resort pier.  We didn’t catch any fish in the morning, one hooked but shark got it.  He cut the trip short, letting me know fish activity is low and if it’s ok we can try again in the evening.  We went out again at 4:30 to a local fishing sport for Yellow Fin Tuna and and within a few mins landed two good size fish Tuna!  We all know catching fish is never guaranteed but going out of his way to make sure we had the best chance to catch something was really awesome!

I definitely recommend it, it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ll be back as soon as I can.

I can’t say enough about black pearl sports fishing except to book them. My boyfriend is an avid hunter and fisherman so when we traveled to the Maldives I wanted to plan a special day. Abdulla went above and beyond to make it exceptional. He planned several surprises for us, brought along snacks/drinks and more importantly his expertise in finding our dream fish. Fishing is a sport of luck but having the right team with the knowledge and proper equipment go a long way. Thank you both for making my boyfriend’s dreams come true. When I’m back I will definitely only book with you. A million thanks I am forever grateful.
