We had an awesome experience with Dunkin’ Fishing Guide Services in South Padre. It was an all-around great day on the water — we caught a ton of fish and had a blast the whole time. The guide was knowledgeable, easygoing, and clearly knows these waters well. Whether you’re experienced or just looking for a fun day fishing, they make it enjoyable and productive. Highly recommend if you’re in South Padre and want a fun, successful fishing trip!

From start to Finish, Captain Doug Dunkin was spectacular!! I booked this trip for my son, who just turned 19 and is leaving for the Army next month. He wanted to go on a fishing trip for his birthday. I found Capt. Doug’s info months back at Dirty Al restaurant ( so delish). I booked trip and Captain D Money called me and we had a wonderful conversation. Now, I call him Captain D Money, cause “fish on” the spot catching is on point! Captain D Money!!!

Cpt Dunkin took a last minute booking we made. The day was not the best day for fishing, however my brother and I booked anyway since it was his bday. The trip started with a phone call at 6:35am from the cpt to see if we were in route to the rendezvous point, 7 am sharp we left the dock, and the Cpt took two broke down veterans with limited fishing experience and a combined weight of 600 lbs on his solid 24’ boat and and put us on some fish. We had to cancel an offshore fishing trip because of the wind.  He got on fish in. Challenging conditions. Very patient with inexperienced people. Overall a great experience

Capt. Douglas Dunkin was great, he got my wife and I on good fish quick. We limited out on trout and just about on reds sight casting in the flats. We stayed at the lodge at Casa Arroyo and it was awesome, very nice, clean and affordable. It’s on the water with personal dock with lights, extra freezer space and bbq pits next to Adolph Thomae Jr. County Park. I would book with Capt. Dunkin again and definitely looking to book to stay at Casa Arroyo Lodge. Thank you!
