My family and I (wife, mother-in-law, and two Middle School aged sons) went on a 5-hour trolli g fishing trip with Capt. Tarek and his son who assisted as the deck hand on the lower section of the boat. we enjoyed a few minutes of bottom fishing and then went eight miles out to carch both Mahi Mahi and Skip Jack Tuna. we caught one Mahi Mahi and three tunas! we also saw a bunch of Pilot whales on our trip. This was a highlight of our Oahu trip! I would highly highly recommend this charter to anyone who loves fishing and wants beautiful memories with their family!

We had a great day out on the water with Captain T-Rex and his first mate. Friendly and very knowledgeable it was the most relaxing charter I have ever taken and very reasonably priced. We may not have caught a boat load of fish, but we all learned a lot and chased fish and made opportunities for the full 5 hours. When we didn’t catch we all knew why and really didn’t care. We will be coming back every trip from now and suggesting Tarek this to all our friends. Whole heartedly recommend this experience to anyone serious about fishing and tired of the commercial nature of charters.

This was the most amazing trip from start to finish. Great communication, kindness, and flexibility with crew.  Captain Tarek and Eby were so much fun and taught us all about the many kinds of fish we caught and Hawaii marine life—not to mention they were endlessly fun and patient with my boys. We caught a 70 pound yellow finn tuna and saw humpback whales, dozens of varieties of bottom feeders (when my kids got bored at the end we switched gears to the bottom, and the kids pulled up different fish, often four or more at a time, every time they put down their lines). The boat is very comfortable and it was such a relaxing afternoon.  We spent the afternoon cruising through schools of tuna that we could see jumping out of the water and swimming past my feet as they dangled off the boat.  It was a trip of a lifetime—don’t hesitate to book!

We had a great time with captain T-Rex. He was very personable and did a good job catering to our groups varying fishing experience/ skill levels. Overall it was a really fun trip and he will be the first captain I reach out to when I’m back and looking to get out. Would reccomend his charter to all levels of anglers.

Our trip with Captain Tarek and his crew was fantastic. It was more than just a fishing trip, it was a learning experience. Captain Tarek was attentive and explained things about the island, the sea bed, the fishing grounds, and even the weather. The conditions varied from one area to the next and Captain Tarek navigated them perfectly. Fishing was slow going but Captain Tarek got us on the fish. We caught 3 Skip Jack and a huge Yellow Fin Tuna(ahi). The crew Mikey and Captain Tareks son (sorry don’t know how to spell his name) we’re great and worked hard to set up the gear and especially to help us land our catches. They were all great to be around and you see they were as excited as we were to catch fish. We felt welcome and more like family from the very begining. There were three in our group, we all caught fish and we all agree this is the one to book when you come to fish on Oahu. Thanks for everything, from Joe, Ron and Alex, MAHALO!
