SAILFISH SEASON The coasts of the Mexican Caribbean are one of the most famous places for sailfish fishing. Winter is one of the times when millions of sardines arrive north of Cancun and Isla Mujeres, attracting schools of sailfish with them.

We go out from Isla Mujeres to the Caribbean Sea for 40 minutes way and start trolling to try to catch some pelagic fish (Sailfish, Mahi, Tuna, Bonito, Wahoo). We have soft drinks, water, beers, jam, and cheese sandwiches. Depending on the weather we can try to catch some bottom fish (Grouper, Snapper, etc.) Important, the first hour is free to arrive at the fishing area.
