Tough Day but Finished Successful

We recently had the opportunity to fish with a Fish Frenzy on what turned out to be a very tough fishing day, and I want to highlight the exceptional effort and professionalism Joseph demonstrated throughout the trip. Despite challenging conditions and elusive red snapper, Joseph worked tirelessly to ensure we had a successful experience.
From the start, it was clear Joseph was committed to making the most of the day. He constantly adapted to the lack of active bites, moving the boat to multiple locations and trying multiple techniques to find active fish. Even when the bites were scarce, he maintained a positive attitude and kept us engaged, sharing his knowledge and patiently answering all our questions. His dedication was evident, never giving up on locating fish.
Joseph's hard work paid off as we managed to hook and land several fish, turning what could have been a frustrating day into a memorable outing. His professionalism extended beyond just fishing tactics; the boat was well-maintained and comfortable, and he made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. The guide’s passion for fishing and commitment to client satisfaction truly stood out.
Overall, this trip reaffirmed that a great guide Joseph is - not just about catching fish but about working hard, adapting, and providing an excellent experience regardless of conditions. I would highly recommend Fish Frenzy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and personable saltwater fishing guide who won’t quit until you’re on the fish

Really nice day on the water with Capt Joseph

Nice boat. Nice guy. Will absolutely go out with him again!
He has loads of spots and put us on fish almost the minute we stopped. Despite the rough seas, he worked very hard to try to help me find my dream species of Mahi, but it’s a bit early in the season. Limited out on Vermillion Snapper and made a feast for the family. (Capt fileted it right at the dock, and fast! Gave me ice for the cooler too .
I grilled it and topped with lemon butter caper sauce. Yum!
We saw schools of dolphins and a huge sea turtle, too.
Oh yeah - his bait and tackle are in excellent condition, and that’s not true for every charter.
Finally, he is a NON SMOKER so there’s just the smell of the sea all day! (I’ve been on a lot of Smokey charters in the past which I hate).
Book him and go catch yourself dinner!

Captain Joseph is as good as it gets. he truly cares about you, your group and getting on fish. We trolled for a little moved to limit on snapper and went back to trolling. came home with limit snappers and a hell of a fight on some amberjack. The big difference is how much Captain Joe truly cares. He is as good as it gets on the Gulf Coast!

Had an awesome day out on the water! Captain Joseph was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was well organized—from the gear to the guidance.
