Chris has over 20 years of fishing experience up and down the east coast.  He first began mating and working at the Bridge Tender Marina in Wilmington, NC while at school at UNCW.  While there, he gained tons of knowledge and began fishing tournaments such as The Big Rock and The White Marlin Open.  He also fished in West Palm Beach for a couple winters chasing sailfish.  After that he went on to purchase his own boat and fishing on his own, before joining the 18 Reeler crew.  Chris has fished privately over the past few years on the 18 Reeler.  They were able to land a spot on the Pirates Cove chater fleet this year and are looking forward to full time fishing this summer!

18 Reeler is a Custom Carolina Sportfish and is powered by twin Cummins diesels with a 23 knot crusing speed.  She has the renowned Carolina flare with a 16' beam, which gives it a smooth, dry, comfortable ride to the fishing grounds.  It has all the latest electronics and custom tackle, along with an enclosed salon with AC, couches, and a private restroom.  It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water.  Rods, reels, bait, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures.  There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing!
