Il proprietario/Capitano Blair Willis ha iniziato a guidare avventure all'aperto a HHI nel 1996 e a gestire i propri charter in barca dal 2006. Non è solo una guida di pesca, ma anche un ospite coinvolgente con un'ampia conoscenza delle vie d'acqua locali e della natura.

A Live One è un centro console personalizzato Freeman Boatworks da 29'. Appena rimotorizzata per il 2025 con motori gemelli Yamaha 300 e una console elettronica completamente rinnovata, ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per una giornata produttiva in acqua. È l'unico charter di pesca Freeman a HHI, uno scafo catamarano ad alte prestazioni con una navigazione impareggiabile. Il layout ampio di questa barca è più simile a un monoscafo da 34' in termini di spazio, ed è indiscutibilmente più stabile e confortevole rispetto alle barche della sua classe e superiori. Arriva velocemente e comodamente, con più tempo per pescare!
Le uscite backcountry/costiere su A Live One sono ottime per i bambini e molto adatte alle famiglie! Sono forniti giubbotti di salvataggio per bambini, ma sentiti libero di portare i tuoi se preferisci. Le uscite costiere/barriera corallina sono consigliate dai 13 anni in su, e le giornate complete in altura sono ideali dai 16 anni in su. Massimo 6 ospiti per la maggior parte delle uscite (4 per le giornate complete in altura).
Le uscite costiere sono di pesca catch-and-release. Scegli le opzioni costiere/barriera corallina o altura se desideri portare a casa del pesce per un pasto. Contattaci per QUALSIASI domanda. I risultati variano notevolmente a seconda della stagione e del tipo di uscita, e vogliamo assicurarci di abbinarti all'uscita migliore per il tuo gruppo!
Tutta l'attrezzatura da pesca è fornita. L'esca viva viene spesso pescata con la rete da lancio all'inizio della giornata, oppure si usa esca fresca tagliata quando disponibile. Imbarcazione da charter completamente autorizzata, quindi non è necessaria alcuna licenza personale aggiuntiva. Porta occhiali da sole, crema solare (non spray) e acqua in bottiglia. L'alcol è permesso con moderazione; niente superalcolici, niente bottiglie di vetro e niente borse frigo con rotelle.
Assicurati di leggere le Indicazioni per i dettagli su come ritirare il tuo pass d'ingresso (!!!) poiché è estremamente importante per non perdere la tua uscita.

Great Family Shark Fishing Trip

We were visiting from Illinois, and Blair took us out for 3hrs. Blair was a great captain from the start engaging our family showing us wildlife along the trip. My 12 year old son had the opportunity of catching 2 sharks, hold a squid while my daughter's (18 & 23) enjoyed seeing the dolphins Blair was able to spot for us. Great Trip and it was money well spent.

A lot if fun

took my 8 year old son out. Captain Willis was very hospitable and engaging. He worked with my son and taught him about the type of fishing and fish we were trying to catch. We did catch a dogfishhead shark.
would recommed this trip for anyone with young kids intetested in fishing.
Futute guests should expect a positive experience.

We first found menhaden for live bait. The other captains worked together to locate the menhaden up around Corn Island. We then set out toward the Broad River almost down the coast even w HH airport. Capt Blair was noting how we were early enough to use the high tide change to low tide for the fish to swim against the tide to catch fish. This worked brilliantly as we actually sat between 2 sand bars and anchored. We tried whole menhaden as well as cut bait. Cut bait proved to be the winner as we ended up finding a school of fine toothed sharks. My son caught/released 2, I caught/released 1, and my younger we believe he caught one but it got off before we could get it close enough to the boat. Considering we were catching shark, their razor sharp teeth were cutting the line 3-4 times when we were close to the boat. My 7 yr old and 12 yr old both had a blast and Capt Blair was very patient and explained to them very well and showed/taught them new things about fishing.
Would definitely go back out, and certainly recommend Capt Blair. Our was a shorter 2 hr stint, as I wasn’t sure how the boys would take for their first one. He does 2, 3, 5 and even deep sea tours as well.

Amazing charter

Capt. Blair was friendly, and knowledgeable about everything evolved in our day. He knew where the fish were, what they were eating, and even gave us interesting facts about the geography and types of fish. I’d highly recommend going on this charter. His boat is beautiful and fast to the fishing grounds. We will be going out again, next time we visit. Thank you Capt. Blair!

A Vacation Highlight!

My son and I had a great time on our trip. We caught plenty of sharks, and my son was given good fishing advice and lessons on fishing techniques that he was hoping to get. Captain Blair made it a point that my son left fully satisfied from our experience by going above and beyond. I would highly recommend!
