James adjusted to conditions and we still killed it. He was great with my 13 year old son. Caught spanish mackeral (while emersed in dolphins-actually had dolphins stealing our mackerel off yhe hook), sheep head (my son caught a very big one), red grouper, trigger fish (in the bay!), squirrel fish, sailors choice, and a few others. Military base shut down the area he normally fishes because of raised security measures, but he adjusted well and had us on the fish. He was patient and informative. If you want to keep the fish, he takes you to the marina and they filet and package for pretty cheap. My son said this was a top 10 life experience for him. Highly recommend.

Captain kept looking after the request for catching edible fish, after getting pushed off from our first stop he had several to try…. we caught ALOT of fish from red grouper to great sized red snapper (out of season so did not keep) finally last stop put fish on the boat to keep!!! it would be plenty for tacos…. captain put in the extra effort to make it happen!!!!

Captain James was awesome. He worked to put us on fish and was an awesome person on top of that. He let us know the day our trip was scheduled for that conditions weren't great before the trip and allowed us to move it to the next day. My son and I had a great time and a great experience. We will definitely book with Captain James again.

We had the best time with our kids ages 6&8.Capt James Moore at Panama City Fishing explained everything and made sure the trip was great!! He sure knew his way around to find the best fishing spots.After he even fileted our fish and bagged them so we could take them with us.It was a wonderful morning full of lasting memories!!!

My daughter and I had an amazing fishing trip with Captain JD! From start to finish, he made the experience fun, comfortable, and memorable. This was actually my second time going out with him, and both trips have been outstanding. He knows the best spots, is incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure everyone—whether a beginner or experienced—has a great time on the water.
Captain JD is patient, professional, and goes the extra mile to create an enjoyable experience. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun she had, and I know we’ll be back again. Highly recommend!
