Experienced guide with a sense of humor

I booked a trip for myself, my husband (who is an avid fisherman), my older brother, and our two sons (who are game, but not so keen on the sport); and a great time was had by all. When the morning started, the water was a bit murky due to recent rain, so Josh was a bit concerned about how the trout would be biting, but he put us in the right spots and we almost limited out on Rainbow Trout and would have except we threw back a couple of smaller ones. Josh was a great teacher for all of us, especially my youngest son, which I especially appreciated. The natural beauty of Branson was exquisite on the lake. Josh’s knowledge of the sport and his ability to banter with the best of us in fun made it a special day! Thank you for the great experience, Josh!

My kiddo caught all the fish and it was her 1st time fishing. Josh was so patient and kind, highly recommend. We will be back when it is not a high traffic weekend such as Spring Break.. Josh navigated so well despite all the rent a boat people out fishing with little boat etiquette. Thank you Josh, we appreciate you and see you next time!

Took two grandsons trout fishing with Josh. Josh is very personable and professional. He really worked the inexperienced grandsons to insure they landed fish. We had a great time and put lots of rainbow trout in the boat. Highly recommend

Great family fishing trip

Six of us set out on a fishing adventure with Captain Josh and we had a blast. Even though the fish weren't biting as much as we had hoped, which was of course no fault of the captain, we had lots of laughs and enjoyed some yummy trout the next night for dinner.

Captain Josh put us over the fish when the water temp was around 89 degrees F. Outstanding job Josh! He knows his boat, gear and live scope. We caught a variety of fish from walleye to bass. Not ideal conditions to fish but Captain Josh made it memorable. Thank You
