La barca che utilizzerai è una Luhrs da 50 piedi per la pesca sportiva che può ospitare 15 persone. È alimentata da due motori Detroit da 750 HP ed è dotata di moderni GPS, ecoscandaglio e apparecchiature radio elettroniche utilizzate per una navigazione efficiente. La barca utilizza downrigger e attrezzatura per la pesca in apnea e dispone di vari comfort che renderanno la tua uscita di pesca il più piacevole possibile. Questi includono aria condizionata, sistema multimediale, TV, frigorifero e ghiacciaia, oltre a un secondo. Puoi anche utilizzare il flybridge, la toilette, la cucina, la doccia e il letto.

Le specie che puoi insidiare durante la tua uscita sono Marlin blu e Marlin bianco, Wahoo, Lampuga (Mahi Mahi), Barracuda maggiore, Cavalla e Pesce vela. Per catturarli, puoi praticare la pesca a fondo, la pesca d'altura e il jigging, utilizzando attrezzatura pesante. Potrai conservare il pesce che catturerai. Inoltre, tieni presente che non è consentito fumare.

Tutti i tuoi bambini sono i benvenuti a bordo e il capitano fornirà giubbotti di salvataggio per loro. Il capitano Nelson si occuperà di tutta l'attrezzatura da pesca, delle esche, della pulizia del pescato, oltre a frutta, panini, birra, bibite analcoliche e acqua.

Deep Sea Fishing in the Dominican Republic – A Memorable Adventure!

If you’re looking for an unforgettable fishing experience, the deep sea fishing trip we took in the Dominican Republic is definitely worth considering. From start to finish, the adventure was packed with excitement, stunning ocean views, and the thrill of the catch! Our group of family and friends set out early in the morning aboard a spacious, well-equipped boat. The crew was professional and friendly, providing all the gear we needed and explaining the process in detail. The waters off the Dominican coast are rich with marine life, and it wasn’t long before we started seeing action. Within a few hours, we had already reeled in several impressive catches, with a variety of species—from colorful dorado to hard-fighting wahoos and a couple barracudas! Overall, we ended the day with 13 fish caught, which felt like a great haul, considering the challenges of deep sea fishing. The crew was fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed to keep our lines tight and the experience fun. They even shared some tips on techniques and the best times to fish, making us feel like real pros. Beyond the fishing itself, the experience was made all the more enjoyable by the incredible backdrop of the turquoise Caribbean waters and the refreshing sea breeze. Whether you’re an experienced angler or a first-timer, the Dominican Republic offers an accessible and exciting environment for deep sea fishing. For anyone considering this adventure, I’d highly recommend it! It’s a thrilling way to explore the waters and, of course, come away with a great story (and some delicious fish) to share!

Great fishing trip

Full Day Trip on September 28, 2024 • 9 adults

Chartered with capt Nelson and had an awesome experience. He picked us up at our hotel and took all 9 of us to the boat. The boat had plenty of snacks beer, water and sandwiches, they also had the best fresh pineapple I have ever had. The weather started of nasty with some rain and choppy water but improved as Capt Nelson promised. We went for an all day charter and caught 3 fish. We caught a large tuna, barracuda and one Mahi. Capt Nelson to a 25lb fillet home and grilled some and made some sashimi both were delicious and couldn’t eat enough. I would highly recommend High Z’s to take a charter through.

Great Experience

3/4 Day Trip on April 19, 2024

We booked two 3/4 day trips with High Z’s and had a blast both days. First day we had 3 adults and 4 twelve year olds. We took the 50’ boat out the first day. Caught nothing but a buzz and a good time that day as the weather was pouring torrential rain down on the island. We stayed dry on the boat but feel the weather definitely was a factor in the lack of hungry fish. My son had such a great time the first day we booked a second trip for just the two of us on the 35’ boat. Lucky for us we had the same captain and first mate who we loved. The second trip was a huge success. We both hooked up with two fish each! Smiles all across the board. Would highly recommend High Z’s. Great boats great guys! Can’t wait to come back again.
