Great trip in the Gulf
4 HOUR HALF DAY TRIP - 12:00 PM on February 15, 20263 adults1 child
Took at trip with Captain Dan out on the Gulf side for some Mackerel and Snapper fishing. Took off from their house and from the minute we got there we were impressed. The ride out to the first spot wasn't rough and didn't take too long. Despite not landing any Mackeral at the first spot, my kids, 12 and 14 had a blast jigging and getting a few bites. Those suckers hit hard and we would have loved to catch more, but you can't make the fish bite! After that we took a small ride over to the second spot for Mangrove Snapper. Before we even put the chum down we were catching Snapper on the frozen shrimp. Being from the North, these fish were fun to catch. We caught a bunch of Snapper, Ladyfish, Jack Cravalle and even a few Mackerall. Despite the imperfect fishing conditions, we all caught a bunch of fish and had a great time. Back at the house, Dan filleted our catches for us and we came home with more fish meat than we could eat in the week. Highly recommend!
A variety of fish including King Mackerel and Snapper laid out on a dock, showcasing a successful fishing trip.
Reported catch:
Jack crevalle
Mangrove snapper
Spanish mackerel

Overall great experience
8 HOUR ( MAHI, TUNA or SAILFISH) on November 17, 20252 adults
Did a full day offshore trip with capt Sal. His boat was a little aged but the motor was brand knew, and the hull is well renowned for handljng both inshore and offshoe conditions. He has a vast level of experience and knew all of the spots to go to, and knew the proper techniques to catch at each spot. If a spot wasn't productive he pulled lines and moved on. We ended up with our limit on blackfin tuna, and brought back several yellow runners and yellow tail snappers. He fileted the fish back at the dock and gave us recommendations where to go and who to ask for to have an incredible meal made with our fresh catch, and also recommended a local company that we could package, flash freeze, and ship the rest of the filets back home (close to 10 pounds worth!!). In between catching, he kept the day fun with story telling and also documented the day as we went with pictures and video, and sent it to us that evening, both raw footage and an edited version set to music. Very happy overall! Thanks Sal!

Snapping up the snapper in the keys
4 HOUR HALF DAY TRIP on March 22, 20263 adults
We had a great time with Capt. Dan. He put up with us old guys and put us on the fish. Once we figured out the proper way to catch the targeted Snapper, it was game on with great action. Dan also recommended a spot to have our catch cooked and prepared that same night. It was a feast for all and the wives thought it was outstanding. I know I speak for my 2 buds who joined me, we really enjoyed our time on the water for 2 -4 hour trips with Capt. Dan . Thanks Sal

Capt. Sal Gives You 110%
6 HOUR (MAHI, TUNA or SAILFISH) on December 24, 20252 adults1 child
Booked this charter for our 12yr old and Capt. Sal truly gave him a trip to remember. Our original trip was off shore sailfish/mahi but the conditions were not favorable. Capt. kindly gave us the option to cancel, but we told him our son Tyler just wants to fish so take us where conditions are in our favor. He quickly pivoted our charter to fish on the gulf side and the fish were aplenty. Mackrel, mangrove snapper, and more. And to capoff the trip he was able to help my son hook a shark. Capt Sal was a patient and amazing coach giving Tyler tips to get a 7ft lemon shark to surface all on his own. What a truly memorable trip.
