Il team di MQT Adventures offre un'esperienza chiavi in mano, tutto è pronto e allestito non appena metti piede sul ghiaccio. He is a fabulous guide for two novices! He is very responsive, and is exceptional at knowing the moment the weather is going to turn. We had a storm roll in while we were out, and he was able to time it perfectly for us to get packed up and back to our cars.
We learned to fly fish, and even as complete beginners managed to catch a few. He also brought other rods for other techniques, and there was never any down time.
Caught plenty of trout, had a great time wading through the river. Truly a fabulous way to enjoy the outdoors, with a guide who is knowledgeable, friendly, and enjoys teaching.
Thank you Mike for sharing your wisdom, we had such a good time.

This trip was for a family vacation. My father in law, husband, and 9yr old son were looking for a fun fishing expedition and Captain Mike delivered. He was incredibly patient with our son who has limited experience with fishing and was a great coach to all along the way. They caught a ton of fish and have great pictures to show for it. Mike was friendly and easygoing and was very good at communicating/responding to messages. He sent us specifics on the trip/address, videos on what to expect/bring, and provided reminders as the day got closer. My 9yr old had such a great time that he said he wanted to go back again the next day and just go fishing for the entire vacation. It couldn’t have gone any better. Thanks, Captain Mike!

Outstanding knowledge and Experience!!!
Spring Steelhead - River on April 10, 2025 • 3 adults
Matt & Cory are extremely helpful with knowledge in guiding with their equipment and techniques for condition of the river & weather. Both exceeded the three of us expectations and gave knowledge to help us acquire our own gear. Definitely will be booking another wading guide with them in the future and hope to run into them on the river with the knowledge they provided us. The will and passion they bestowed to land us some fish, was remarkable, and stuck it out as long as we could to land us three some trophy's.

More than happy with this trip for our first fishing charter. Mike was a fantastic captain with a wealth of knowledge for technique and more. My 11 year old caught about a dozen walleye and 2 pikes. It apparently was considered a slow day compared to what they usually pull in, but the smile on my kids face said it all. Mike was personable, kind, and we felt right at home on the water with him for 5 hours.

Fantastic fishing with MQT and Mike!

We had the absolute best time on our fishing trip with Mike and MQT Adventures. Mike taught my kids how to cast and jig and once they got the hang of it the fish were “jumping” in the boat. Mike was a great teacher and coach and shared his knowledge about fishing and the area. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend! Thank you for a great memory of our UP vacation!
