Must do excursion in beautiful Roatan!

Our family had an incredible time out with the Roatide crew for a morning fishing trip. Captain and crew worked so hard to ensure we had a great time. We had some big fish on the line and ended our day snorkeling which was absolutely breathtaking. We definitely recommend booking with Roatide and will again. Our transportation to and from the port was with Kendall Thompson and his service alone was 5 star worthy. He's a gem!

The One, The Only - ROA TIDE

My goodness, to start, the water and forestry in Roatan is absolutely beautiful! We got the best views from our Captains' boat! We started out our adventure by catching Tuna, and Skip Jack, our bait. Honestly, we were looking forward to the Tuna and the captain actually made us Sashimi with it and sided it with delicious local pineapple (best we've ever had). Our start was slow but our crew never gave up on fidung the fish and putting forth their best efforts to get us some local catches! We caught a Barracuda which was veyond exciting and mesmerizing watching it attack the tuna at the surface in the clear water. Then, we hooked up with a Grouper, which was an immense feeling from 200ft down! Our captain and his first mate were exceptional and very very knowledgeable. Our family hopes to return to Roatan to do more tours with them such as the pirate tour they offer. They arranged secure transportation for us from the port to the dock and back. Everyone was on time and very efficient and friendly. We appreciate the whole experience and hope to share future adventures woth Roa Tide!

Excellent fishing trip

Had an amazing day fishing with Lewis. Excellent captain that works hard to put you on fish. Very comfortable boat too. highly recommend. We have fished many places around the world and Lewis made it one of our favorite trips. Do yourself a favor and book your fishing trip with these guys.

Snorkeling, Fishing, and more…

Half Day Trip - Fly Fishing (AM) on June 12, 2025 • 2 adults • 1 child

We had a great time. Fun for the whole family. Captain taught us how to fly fish and after a lil instruction we caught the first bonefish! Then a snapper and a couple jacks. The highlight was a 3’ barracuda that put up about a 10 minute fight and right as I got it to the boat slipped away! We obtain some island history, information about crabs that we had seen the day before and snorkeled! We should have booked an 8 hour expedition!

great time

3/4 Day Deep Sea Fishing 32' Panga on December 17, 2025 • 7 adults

captain worked hard for pelagic without much sucess. so we changed gears and did some snapper fishing before a snorkeling stop. Had a fabulous lunch at a local restaurant where they cooked up our snapper. It was delicious. My daughters and I had a great time.
